Susan Wilcox, CIH, CSP

Susan Wilcox, CIH, CSP, is an occupational safety and health professional with more than 30 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University with a minor in Chemistry. She is both a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional with experience in a variety of sectors including consulting, laboratory management, as well as industrial and chemical manufacturing, and academia.

She has served on the local boards of both the ASSP and AIHA sections throughout her career.  Susan also serves as adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University teaching Fundamentals of Industrial Hygiene.

and Industrial Hygienist at Honeywell (Formerly Allied Signal).

Richard Wood has decades of experience in professional engineering and workforce safety. This includes serving as the primary project manager for highway maintenance contracts, county public works director, and as safety manager for the third largest state transportation department with 7,500 employees.  Mr. Wood has worked for all levels of government including city, county, state and federal, and has 28 years of military reserve experience rising in the ranks from seaman recruit to Commander.

Mr. Wood is a registered professional engineer, certified safety professional, associate of risk management designee, construction health and safety technician, and a certified instructional trainer. 

His unique background, experience, and training enables Mr. Wood to provide clients with unparalleled skills in construction training, evaluation of training programs, and safety management.
